Our staging service helps get your home ready to hit the market by having it professionally staged, whether vacant or occupied. The goal of staging is to create an emotional environment that looks as move-in-ready as possible. What we want to emphasize to the client is that staging is not decorating. As a licensed realtor and designer, I know what clients are looking for and how to enhance the home so that it will sell. I have met several Realtor/investors along this real estate journey and have received an overwhelming number of compliments and referrals for my staging services. We are here to assist our fellow Realtors with staging their clients’ homes so they will sell quickly and for “top dollar."
Although we specialize in vacant staging, we also do occupied staging consulting. We will come in and consult with you, then provide a comprehensive report of the changes that need to be made to the interior and exterior. The goal is to make it as little personal as possible. You have invested a great deal of time and effort into your property; you want to make sure it shows well so that you get the best price as well as sell it quickly. - Description: This gorgeous four-sided brick Mid-Century home was featured on HGTV. The home went under contract two weeks after staging. This updated home features three bedrooms, a custom kitchen, and an open living room floor plan. The carport was converted into a family room. It was especially important that the addition be staged perfectly to show the transformation of the space.

- Description: This ranch-style home with a pergola-covered front porch and finished basement is beautifully updated. Because the front entry led into the family room, we had to make sure the family room was eye-catching yet inviting. The kitchen and family room are adjacent to each other, so the colors needed to flow together. We did the same in the living room and dining room. Because the living and dining are combined, we staged the spaces so that a buyer would know how to separate and lay the furniture out efficiently. The master bedroom is small and awkward. It has no designated space for the placement of the bed. Typically, we do not place a bed in front of a window, but in this space, we had no choice. This is why good staging demonstrates how awkward paces can be best utilized.
